Deep mind meditation is an activity which has been performed by
many people of different races for thousands of years. Although many
people were skeptical about this activity at first, a lot of studies
have proven its various benefits. Not only can it help people avoid many
types of illnesses, it can also help make a person's recovery from
various illnesses, surgery and accidents a lot faster.
If you are planning to meditate at home, here are some of the steps that can help you make this activity easier to practice.
First of all, you need to find a place where you can meditate. You may make an entire room especially for deep mind meditation, or you can meditate in your bedroom or at the garden. Just make sure that the place you pick is clean and uncluttered, as environment can have an effect on your meditation.
Second, pick a good time to meditate and make sure to always meditate at the same time. Usually, the ideal time for meditation is during early mornings and in the evening, before you have your dinner. This way, you can meditate without anyone to bother you.
Third, before meditating, prepare everything that you are going to use in meditation. Make sure everything that can disturb your meditation like mobile phones are turned off or are not in the same room as you.
After all of these have been decided on, then you can now proceed to your meditation. Now, get into proper position. There are two usually positions for meditation. First is lying on your back and the second is the sitting position.
If you are a beginner, make sure to do the sitting position, since most beginners fall asleep while meditating on the lying position. Make sure that you're comfortable with your position because you're going to be in that position for several minutes.
After which, you can start meditating by closing your eyes. Then concentrate on your breathing. Inhale through your nose, hold your breath for 5 seconds, and exhale through your mouth. Do this all throughout your meditation.
